As we provide non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product link/file is sent. We recommend that you read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Exception

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of "Heist Cards" (Couple, Friends, Naughty editions) and other digital assets are final. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned or "un-downloaded." Therefore, TriviaThief does not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for digital purchases.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues while downloading or accessing our products, please contact us immediately. If a technical defect is proven on our end (e.g., a broken download link or a corrupt file), and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued.

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the event that you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice within a 24-hour period, please reach out to us with both transaction IDs. We will verify the claim and refund the duplicate payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Access: You may cancel your order only if the payment was successful but the digital product has not yet been delivered to your email or accessed via the website.

  • After Access: Once the product has been delivered or the download link has been triggered, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our team:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

  • Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

  • No additional fees will be charged to the customer for the reimbursement process.
